This document sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

We take the privacy of your data very seriously and we aim to be clear about our purposes when we collect your data and not do anything you wouldn’t reasonably expect.

What information do we collect?

On making an enquiry with us we will ask for your direct email address and/or your telephone number in order to communicate with you about the enquiry. This may be done verbally over the phone or through email communication via ours or other websites.

On making a booking with us we ask for the names of all the guests and the lead guest’s name, address, telephone number and email address.

How do we use your data?

We use your data to communicate with you regarding your enquiry or booking. We post booking forms to your postal address to be completed and returned, email you booking confirmation, receipts and instruction documents for your holiday and we may use your phone number to communicate any information or ask questions concerning the booking or enquiry. We may communicate to send greetings cards or other times when we feel it will be beneficial to you.

We will not share any of your personal information with any other third parties without your agreement, unless required in order to fulfil our contract with you, or allowed by law. Agreement might be sought for example to confirm details with your insurance provider should you need to cancel your booking with us or to put you in touch with a new client who would like to hear a current clients recommendation.

Use of our website

If you complete a contact details form on our website you may give us your name, email address and phone number, again for the sole purpose of us communicating with you about your enquiry or subsequent booking.
