On LAS BRISAS the villas which are all single storey, contain either one bedroom and bathroom or two/three bedrooms with two bath / shower rooms (one en-suite) and all face south having their own pergola covered sun terraces and private gardens.

The majority of the villas are fronted by communal footpaths but some are at the end or part of a small cul-de-sac affording much more privacy. None are more than a short stroll from Reception, the pool or any of the other facilities.

The Accommodation

For outside relaxation each villa is equipped with sunbeds, patio furniture and barbecue, whilst inside they are furnished to a very high standard being light and spacious with ceramic tiled floors throughout.

They have fully fitted all electric kitchens with custom built units, full size cooker, fridge/freezer and washing machine, (plus dishwasher in the three bedroomed villas and some of the two bedroom villas).

The lounge is very comfortably appointed including colour television with SKY TV reception. A number of villas also have some or all of the following:- video player, DVD player, CD/cassette/radio and microwave.

In the two and three bedroom villas the master bedroom usually has a double bed with en-suite shower / bathroom, toilet and wash basin whilst the second and/or third bedrooms have twin beds and also a wall safe for valuables.

All bedrooms are large with comfortable beds having sprung mattresses and ample storage and hanging space - including coat hangers. There is also a fully equipped second bathroom with bath and shower.

If necessary, up to six or eight people can be accommodated with the use of additional folding beds.

The Local Area

Amongst the many current activities in which one can participate the following may be of particular interest (hiring subject to availability):-

Bicycle Hire - Available in the village.

Golf - Club de Golf Costa Teguise, about an hours drive. 18 hole course open all year. Trolleys, electric buggies and clubs available for hire.
Swimming - In addition to the swimming pools referred to above the various local golden sandy beaches are all ideal for safe bathing.
Walking - Lanzarote has more to offer than just beaches and sunshine, you could be in for a pleasant surprise. "Landscapes of Lanzarote" by Sunflower books reveals all.
Windsurfing - boards may be available for hire in the village.
