We arrange self-catering holidays in Lanzarote, in the Canary Islands, and in the Cape Town region of South Africa. We can also recommend and book accommodation in other areas of Cape Town and along the Garden Route to help tailor your holiday to your specific needs.

On all Lanzarote holidays we quote a price which includes the accommodation plus flights from a UK airport and travel insurance. In some circumstances we can offer villa only - please ask for details if required.

On South Africa holidays we can either give an accommodation only price or a price to include flights from a UK airport and can also arrange travel insurance and car hire and transfers from the airport.

We can arrange competitively priced car hire in both Lanzarote and South Africa.

Gites and Villas is a small, private, family run company. We have an intimate knowledge of the areas and the holiday accommodation we offer. We own some of the properties ourselves and manage others on behalf of other private owners.

We have been arranging quality self-catering holidays in the Playa Blanca area of Lanzarote since 1983 and in Cape Town since 1998.

It is significant that many people who book a holiday with us are either returning for more of the same or have been referred to us by appreciative clients.

Our aim is to consistently provide an attractive, but professionally run, alternative to the mass-market holidays sold through the high street agencies, by combining higher standards of accommodation with a more knowledgeable, personal and caring service.

In addition to having local, professional property management, we personally regularly visit the properties throughout the year to ensure they are immaculately maintained and very well equipped.

We comply with EEC travel regulations in providing package holidays and book all flights with registered ATOL holders.
